We're ALL in prison.
Mental incarceration is the worst prison you can
inhabit.

The problem is that you don't even know it.
You don't even see it.
You can escape the prison.
Anyone can.
But the first step is to recognize (re-cognize;
re-think), the fact that you're actually in one.
Recognition (re-cognition; re-thinking) is the
first law of learning and transformation.
