Growing up and waking up are two distinctly different things; and they affect every area of your life and business.
Now, growing up happens automatically to a point. There's a certain amount of physical evolution that just happens. For most, there's a certain amount of cognitive capacity that just happens. This is the process of growing up.
Emotional growing up on the other hand is a different issue. I'm continually astounded at how many individuals are cognitive giants and an emotional child.
